The Wednesday Club has been running for many years and puts on a varied programme of talks alternate weeks throughout the year.
We try to attract a wide variety of speakers who can be local historians, ward Councillors, charities, people talking about their travel experiences etc.
The membership covers all ages and is a secular group. We pay £2.50 each meeting and that includes refreshments. Meetings start at 7.45 and have a talk of approximately 45 minutes and questions and then close with our drinks.
We are a very friendly group who are open to anyone so come and give it a go.
